Identification and documentation of the Corporate standard operating environment including:

• Machine base level memory ie. Type, speed, refresh rate, profile, chipset
• Motherboard manufacturer, revision levels, chipset and Rom levels
• Desktop Operating system
• Network Operating system
• Desktop and Network applications

Definition of Approved memory configuration(s) for Corporate desktop and servers. This will include:

• Silicon memory manufacturer name(s)
• Exact chip re-fresh rate
• Bus speed compatibility
• Physical width, height and depth specification
• Compatibility matrix for target machines
• Recommended upgrade path for target machines Once the approved memory configuration(s) are identified and agreed, ongoing logistics arrangements are put in place to ensure the following:
• Consistent supply of exact specification modules
• All modules supplied are 100% tested
• Lifetime warranty is provided
• Special allocation of shelf stock for urgent requirements
